- Client is offered a comprehensive list of suggested domains within 7 days of placing an order, but this will usually be within 36 hours.

- Accepted domain(s) are registered in your name and managed by BagOfNuts.

- Client is supplied with full support contact details.

- Email server and accounts are created using the email user name(s) required
(ie. admin@kepad.com or ti@mothy.com ).

- A single homepage is created at www.yourchosenname.com - this can be a personal page inc. pictures, an online business card or simply a login page for your emails.

- User is supplied with login url and system generated password (this can be changed later).

- Webmail is the default configuration, but POP3 is also available.

- There are two options for webmail NeoMail and Horde . Both are configured automatically and either can be selected at each login.
