*All Payments To Bag Of Nuts Are Non-Refundable* if your account is terminated for a violation of the Bag Of Nuts (AUP) or (TOS) Agreements.

Preamble
Bag Of Nuts's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is provided to give our Subscribers and users a clear understanding of what Bag Of Nuts expects of them while using the service. All users of Bag Of Nuts's Internet services: those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts, as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe to the Services, must comply with this AUP and our TOS (Terms of Service).

Use of Bag Of Nuts Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Bag Of Nuts's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) as well as Bag Of Nuts's Terms Of Service (TOS).

This addendum is in addition to the AUP and TOS agreements that Bag Of Nuts currently has in effect, and it applies to all promotional accounts that Bag Of Nuts offers to its subscribers.

Content Restrictions
The following content restrictions are in effect on all Bag Of Nuts promotional accounts (in addition to the AUP and TOS):

• You may not use your web space to house downloadable software or other electronic forms of media that may be transferred from our servers or network to another computer. This means your web space may only be used for serving static or dynamic web pages. No bandwidth restrictions will be placed on static or dynamically generated pages that you serve from your web hosting account.
• You may not use your web space to house any forms or backups, including software, mp3s, or other forms of electronic media, regardless if you are the copyright holder of any such aforementioned media. This includes any form of electronic media that may be archived in a tar, zip, rar or other form of compressible backup.
• You may not use your web space for any p2p file sharing.

You are permitted to upload any media that is considered part of any actual web page that an end user may see when visiting your web site. This includes graphics (jpg, gif, png, etc), and flash and shockwave media, etc.

Web Hosting Account Default
If we find you to be in violation of the AUP addendum, and you have a promotional web hosting account with us, you agree that we may bill you for additional bandwidth usage (£3.00/GB), suspend or terminate your web hosting account, or revert your web hosting account to a full paid account that we offer to our regular subscribers.
